In webinar #5, we’ll learn a few final skills and how to put together a fabulous fitness routine. First, we’ll rock back and have a seat while learning another variation of sit—the rock-back sit, with a stand between each sit-repetition. We’ll move on to teaching high-quality high-fives or waves and we’ll cover how to teach your dog to take a beautiful bow. As usual, we will explain the benefits of these behaviors for fitness and movement.
Now that you know a number of fitness exercises, we’ll learn how to put them together for a fitness routine, how long a fitness routine should last, and the importance of timers. We’ll also show examples of how you can take the exercises you’ve mastered to the next level.
