How do I sign in to my account?
Sign in by clicking on "Sign-In" in the upper-right corner of the VOD page.
Note that your account on the clickertraining.com main store is not linked to your VOD account. Please create a new account for this site (or you can create an account during the purchase process).
How do I access the videos I purchased?
All of your videos are in “My Library.”
Returning customers: Sign in. “My Library” will appear on the page below the featured video banner, on Video Catalog Page.
New customers: You will be instructed to create a log in when you make your purchase. “My Library” will appear on the page below the featured video banner, on Video Catalog Page.
If you already paid for a video and it is asking for payment, you will need to select the collection or video from the "My Library" section.
How long will I have access to my purchased videos?
Purchased videos are accessible for online viewing for a period of 5 years. After this duration, you have the option to download your videos to your device for continued access.
How do I purchase a video? How do I use a coupon?
Click the “Buy” link just below a video title OR click “Complete Session” in the preview window and then click “Get Access Now.”
Either of the above options will take you to a check-out page. Follow the step-by-step instructions to purchase your video. To check out, you need to create an account (first time) or be logged in.
If you have a coupon code, you will see an “Apply coupon” link below the payment area. Enter a valid coupon code and click Submit. The price shown will update instantly and reflect the coupon value. Any remaining cost for the purchase will be displayed.
What is the difference between a “Free Preview” and a “Complete Session” video?
The Free Preview is a clip from the Complete Session. The Free Preview gives you a sense of the speaker's style and the content of that Session. You can also use Free Previews to test the speed and quality of your connection.
The Complete Session is the full video. When you purchase the Complete Session, you also get Session Notes (if listed).
What is required to watch my videos?
All you need is an internet connection and the latest version of either Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
How do I know if my internet connection is fast enough?
If you use any service like Netflix, Amazon, or Hulu, you are all set. You can also test your connection by watching any of our Free Previews.
Can I access/watch videos on my mobile or tablet device? (iPhone, iPad, Android, etc.)
Yes, your videos can be viewed on device with a web browser. Chrome is the recommended web browser.
How do I get help with a purchase?
Please contact us using the contact form. When contacting us, please include your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase.
How do I access videos that I purchased on the shop.clickertraining.com store?
Videos purchased through shop.clickertraining.com will be added to your account within 48 hours of purchase.
How do I request a refund?
A digital video purchase may be refunded only if a refund is requested within 24 hours of purchase via the refund request form AND only if the video has NOT been viewed, played, or accessed in whole or in part.
Who may view the video(s) I purchase?
When you purchase a Karen Pryor Clicker Training Video On Demand streaming video, you are purchasing a single license to view that video. This license grants viewing access solely to the account holder, who will retain access to the video for online viewing for 5 years.
May I show the video(s) to a group?
Organizations wishing to stream a video(s) to a group of employees or volunteers may be eligible to participate in a group viewing rental package. Rental packages come in 3-month and 1-year terms.
For permanent access to a video(s), individual licenses must be purchased. Bulk purchases of individual licenses are available for qualifying organizations with packages starting at 10 licenses.
