In webinar #3, we will be building on webinars #1 and #2 to add to your fitness toolkit. We will be working on the joy of go-arounds, standing in balance (more difficult than you might think!), and targeting your hand lightly with each front paw, as well as increasing duration for these behaviors. We will also cover the specific alignment to achieve during each exercise. As usual, we will cover the benefits of these behaviors for fitness and movement.
Take a week to work on these exercises and behaviors on your own and get ready for webinar #4. As an added bonus, this week’s fitness challenge is to teach your dog to target your hand with each hind paw. Find the balance!
